Daycare Program:

Caring Hood Daycare Program is specially designed to serve as a home away from home where your child learn and play. The primary focus of our daycare program is to provide a safe and stimulating atmosphere for children while their parents and guardians out at work.
Our expert care gives ensure that your child not only feel as home, but also develop holistically, thus allowing you to be stress free at work. Our program is specially designed for:

Infant (6 months to 12 months)

  • School is just like home : We work with you to develop your child's daily schedule including naptimes, playtimes and bottle times. You're welcome to visit anytime
  • Development : Our infant care play area is filled with toys and books that help your baby develop at his or her own pace.
  • Learning skills : Teachers sing songs and read stories to encourage language acquisition. They also pass balls and play games to develop motor skills.
  • Safety : To offer plenty of room for movement and exploration, we limit swings and play seats in our Infant Rooms.

Toddler (1 year to 3 years)

  • Learning : Learning Centers are always open for your child's imaginary play with blocks and puzzles, creative art and lots of books.
  • Social growth : Our school emphasizes social growth each day through common interaction time by incorporating stories and songs that encourage language skills.
  • Personal skills : Your toddler practices hand washing, putting on a jacket, picking up toys and sharing with friends; all in a safe and nurturing childcare setting.
  • Potty training : Although children potty-train at their own pace, you and your child's teacher work together to provide the best environment for success.

Frequently Asked Questions

You are always welcome to visit or call during the day, and when you pick up your child, you will receive a Daily Activity Report. Your child's teacher will note how long she napped, what portion of her lunch she ate and how well she is doing with her potty-training. Her teacher will also describe all of the fun activities that your daughter and her friends participated in, and there will always be a little note from teacher to parent regarding a special moment of her day.

Caring Hood owners are committed to the safety and security of the children and teachers in their Schools and choose security systems that work best for their individual locations. Our playgrounds are considered an extension of the main room. In addition to running, jumping and climbing, the staffs plan nature walks, picnics and other learning opportunities. Weather permitting, children play outside every day!

Access to the daycare is restricted to staff and parents only. The main door requires someone from the staff to open the lock from inside to get in. The child will be released only to the parents. With a parent or guardian's permission only, a child may be released to an alternate caregiver who presents two forms of identification (one must be a picture ID).

This is your child’s second home. We provide safe, secure, caring & friendly environment with delicious & nutritious Lunch & snacks.

In the interest of other children in the centre if a child is found to have any infectious disease parents are requested not to send the child to the daycare. In cases where a child is observed not feeling well, parents will be contacted and requested to come and pick up their children. Parents are requested to inform the centre incase a child is not well on a particular day.

Late pick-ups can be allowed only in case of emergencies but if it becomes a regular feature then the parent will be liable to pay a late fee.

We mix and match the snack and lunch to make sure that we break any monotony of taste for the child. Our staff is very patient and use creative techniques to make sure that the child eats well at every meal while he/she is in the daycare. We also follow strict schedule and build up eating habits for your child wherein the child enjoys eating with his/her friends.
